Eligibility and Restrictions

While we strive to reach every destination within India, there may be certain remote or inaccessible areas where shipping services are limited or unavailable. In such cases, we will notify customers during the checkout process if their location falls outside our shipping coverage area. Additionally, please note that some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory limitations.

Order processing and handling times vary depending on the type of product:

  • Pre-made items: 1-2 days.

  • Customization items: 3-8 days.

  • Made-to-order items: 10 days or more.

Customers can track their orders and receive shipping status updates through our tracking system. Upon order fulfillment, customers will receive an email or notification with their tracking number. They can use this tracking number to monitor their order's progress through our designated tracking platform. For any assistance, our customer support team is available via email and chatbot.

​RETURN & REDUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and details of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's/smart phone’s/iPad's display of any color will be completely accurate.

However, if there is a genuine quality defect on a custom order (not from the sale section) , then at our sole discretion, sold goods may be exchanged for a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original condition with no physical damage, and tags & labels must not be removed.

2. Exceptions or Exclusions to the Return & Refund Policy

Products not eligible for return or refund include:

  • Items that have been physically damaged or used or soiled.

  • Products with removed tags or labels.

  • Products with any missing components.

 

3. Process of Return & Exchange 

To start a return, either place a request through our website or contact our customer support team. Our delivery personnel will collect the item from your doorstep within 2-3 days. After verifying any defect or damage, we will issue a store credit of equal value to you. Alternatively, upon request, we can replace the item with another of your choice. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

4. Refund Options
 

Refunds are available only for "Ready to Ship" products based on predefined criteria but no refund on "Made on Order" products once its sold.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities for Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are in good condition, with tags and labels intact.
